Missed Session & Rescheduling Policy

To ensure fairness and proper scheduling, the following policy applies to all sessions:

• Any session that has been paid for must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. 
• If notice is not given at least 24 hours in advance, the session will be considered forfeited and is not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

Rescheduling Window:

• Approved make-up sessions must be used within 30 days of the original scheduled session date. 
• After 30 days, any unused sessions will expire and cannot be redeemed. 

This policy helps us manage gym capacity and provide equal opportunities for all participants.
